The order of the different monitoring has been switched to have the older on top.
As a consequence, the form of creation of a new monitoring has been placed in the beginning of the list, when it has to appear.

    Modified file:
    htdocs/phase_monitoring/index_monitoring.php

Development rejected, because the order in which to display the critical events monitoring is chronological, and not anti-chronological as the correction did it.

The new feature development has been corrected. The different monitorings are now ordered chronologically from top to bottom, and the form of creation of a new monitoring is placed at the end of the list.

Another correction asked : add the ordering links (ascending/descending) near the Beginning date to give to the user the ability to order its monitorings as he wants.
