#140 Ajusted design with only ajust. log. f. hidden in report pg

If an ajusted design has as sole modification a modification of its logical framework (even the modification of th overall objective), it won't be displayed in the list of available design in the "See project report" page. But if another chapter is modified, it will be displayed.

This bug can be seen as a remaining of only a partial correction of bug:
