#1 Compare exits with File Already Open Error

File Compare v1.1a:

Tried to compare "c:\compare.txt" with "c:\compare2.txt" and received a "run-time error '55': File already open" dialog before app exits.

procexp check verifies that the two files are only open by compare.exe and no other application.
