#2 Fails to build on FreeBSD 4.5

1. Should search /usr/local/lib for jpeg lib
2. Should search /usr/local/include for jpeg headers
3. getopts.h does not exist
4. continuing work on this - compile failure in plm2pnm.c: In function `parse_commandline':
plm2pnm.c:404: elements of array `long_options' have incomplete type

I'll continue to hack on this and submit diffs, if it doesn't get too hairy...
