The Pickaxe-Axe-Shovel, the "supertool" of CompactStuff.

When used normally, it will break quickly basically any block and provide the appropriate drop. It doesn't have silk touch, so you still won't get glass or enderchests. This is on purpose, do not submit any bug reports for this.

This does a lot of damage to mobs; two or three hits is enough to kill most enemies. The idea here is that it is usable as the only tool you need to bring in your hotbar.

When sneaking while using it, however, magic happens. All block drops land directly on your head; what exactly happens depends on the paxeled block:

Logs and leaves
Breaks all touching logs and leaves (up to a recursion-limit of 64) and provides appropriate drops. Chance of sapling from leaves is the same as if the leaf block was punched or decayed normally. Great for large tree-farms!

Any vanilla ore
Breaks all touching vanilla ores (up to a recursion-limit of 64). Makes mining so much easier.

Gravel
Breaks all touching gravel blocks (up to a recursion-limit of 64). See above for effect on mining.

Sand
Breaks sand in a 9x9x1 square centered on the paxeled block. Aids greatly in the gathering of sand (duh), which in turn aids the creation of [Compressed Glass].
