[Comp-hist-devel] Tovcg works!

After a complete rewrite, tovcg now generates valid VCG! Our only issue now is that it has no concept of "time". An exaple of this is that, since ENIAC and CP/M 1 are both at the top of their trees, they show up next to each other.

So, everyone can now sell their copies of comp-hist. Back to hacking.
