#7 Support multiple emails to make a single post

Users who can only post a single image per email on their mobile
phone wish to be able to send multiple emails that make up a single
post. The "first" and "last" emails should be tagged and the emails
re-pieced back together to make the final post.

Issues:
1. Keeping the emails in order - there is no guarantee each email will
arrive in order
2. How to mark the order of each message
3. Should we display any of the emails until we have recieved them
all ?
4. How do we administer half-recieved messages
