I have proceeded through the install of comoblog-1.1 to
the pont of Step_1.php, configuring the mysql server. I
have already read through the /comoblog-1.1/docs/INTALL
file and have confirmed that the permissions are ok and
that a database is setup problerly.

On Step_1, after I click on save, the form is
proccessed and cleared, but I am taken back to steph_1,
I never make it to step_2. I can log into the MySQl
server and see that the database tables have been
setup. Yet, I cannot pass Step_1 to get the rest of the
install done. Any ideas on what is happening?
My sever is:
FC IV
Apache/2.0.54
PHP 5.0.4 (cli) (with the mysql module)
MYSQL Server version 4.1.20

I have been working through this with markwallis via
a thred at

and he has requested that I submit this as a bug.
Pleaset let me know if I can provide more information.

    This is easily resolved.

    At the top of each step_X.php file change from this:

    session_start();
    if ($_SESSION['step'] < 3) {
    Header('Location: step_3.php');
    exit();
    }
    =====
    To this:

    session_start();
    if ($_SESSION['step'] < 3) {
    Header('Location: step_3.php');
    exit();
    } else {
    $_SESSION['step'] = 4;
    }
    =======
    then delete the $_SESSION['step'] = 4; call later in the
    script (right before the header('location:') call.

    of course you'll need to replace the numbers with the
    correct ones. The numbers above are from my step_4.php file.

    Easy enough.

    Thanks, commited to CVS. Will make it out there in 1.2.
