#18 adding explanations

some want to have explanations in the game interface. they are now avaialble online on one page at http://www.commuterm.co.za/games.html and http://www.commuterm.co.za/zu/games.html (isiZulu page not translated yet, btw).
we could add, e.g., a few 'tool tip' hover-over things, or from the http://www.commuterm.co.za/commuterm/ page adding a link to either of the main page
