Added dodge mechanics [185947]

Only the the physics part of the dodge move is implemented and works when you enter one of the following console commands - TestDodgeBack, TestDodgeForward, TestDodgeLeft or TestDodgeRight. There is no double tap implementation currently.

PS: VS or somthing else (or maybe git) changed the line endings. Sorry for that.
