Updated weapon system, massive improvement in its logic. TestWEapon.uasset is properly configured as some kind of assault rifle. flak cannon test weapon crashes the engine, so projectile fire its disabled for now.

Moved Simple Projectile code into Projectile class, modified the weapon so it works a bit better with shot handling.

Updated Portal.uasset and PortalExit.uasset. They now have tons of options for the Portal.uasset mesh looks and also velocity boosting.
