Community PHP Version 0.0.1

Earlier this afternoo I released Community PHP 0.0.1. This is a pre-beta relese, and has MANY features missing (or rather not coded yet). This relese is more to show people that I actually am working on this project.
As of 0.0.1 the software has only been tested it's development environment. The specs for that development enviroment is as follows: Apache 1.3.22, MySQL 3.23.43, and PHP 4.0.6. I do not foresee any problems with the software on other platforms, but as I refine the code some more I will enlist beta testers.
The features that are cruently implemented in this version of Community PHP are: News,Articles, User registration, and User login.
The features that are soon to come are: Forum (in the works now), Mailing list, and a fully functional web-based admin system. I am currently working on the forum system. This may take a while, so be patient if you do not see any releses any time soon.
