Please observe the following guidelines when submitting CommSy-bugs

If you are not logged in, please log in first! If you do not have a Sourceforge-account, include contact information in the bug description.

Use this tracker only to report bugs. A bug is an error within the CommSy-software. If you want to propose an enhancement or a modification of CommSy, use the "RFE" (feature requests) tracker. If you are not sure, contact the project admins or send your report to developer@commsy.net.

To help us locate and eliminate the bug, please include the following information in your description:

  1. Steps to reproduce: Describe the step-by-step process we can use to produce this bug.
  2. Expected Results: Describe what you expected to happen when you executed the steps above.
  3. Actual Results: Explain what actually occurred when you execute the steps above.
  4. Workaround: If you found any workaround for your problem, please describe it.
  5. System configuration: Provide information about your operating system, the browser you are using and your internet-connection (dial-in or direct connection, static or dynamic IP, using proxy or not, etc.)

Use the "Group" to select the CommSy-version in which the error occured. You can find the CommSy-version at the bottom of each CommSy-page. Use the "Category" to select the rubric the error occurs in.

Please use only priorities 1 (= it's a bug, but it doesn't disturb me), 5 (= it's annoying, but I can get along with it), and 9 (= it's a bug that blocks me from important work).

Often, it is helpful if you include screenshots.

It is okay to provide bug reports in either German or English. If you include file attachments, please use a platform-independent format (e.g. PDF, GIF or PNG).
