#3 Command to generate all in one shot

Hi,

It would be very nice if I can generate all or part of
methods with a single click.

For example, we could add a menu item that generates
equals(), hashCode(), and compareTo() (if user
implemented Comparable) at once.

WDYT? I think this will be very helpful!
