#3 Warning message before time-out

Before the trade auto-close when it reach the time limit,
a warning message should be displayed. Something like:

Bot: Note: I will cancel the trade in 2 minutes. Please
complete the trade before this delay or start over.
Bot: * * * * *
------------------------------------

Notice the extra lines of *. This is to create a scolling
effect that will attract the eyes of the player. A single
line warning may be missed by someone who is staring
at the binder.
