#1 Too many log output

Currently, commfax generate logs into
* Console
* Current directory (e.g. 2002-03-29-23-16-47.log)

Also, its volume is too high. This will help for
development and debugging, however, this may be
obstacle to use in the actual settings.

So, choose and select log items, and must introduce
variable log level and log channel.
