Commentary, a comment extractor which creates documentation in XML, and which can be customized to extract comments for any language, has completed it's initial release. This initial alpha release includes modules for C/C++, Javascript, and Delphi - as well as a module for Commentary itself (allowing documentation of tags for new languages as more modules are added.)
