Unzip and copy the nclh.exe file to a non-removabledrive under the folder that you prefer and execute it to autoinstall (The file must remain in this original location for the program to work, if you move it you must execute it again). Then wait a few seconds and right-click on any folder view or on the desktop and select "New>CommandLineHere" to open a CMD window in that location.
