Initial version available

The version 1.0.0 is the initial release.
Planned features are
- local caching of the images (although I am not sure if this can lead to any copyright issues).
- An extended import to allow further profiles to be added from a central web site.
- A standalone mini rcp (or swt) application so that it can be used outside of eclipse.

Any ideas are more than welcome, please add them to the feature request (under the tracker link).
