#1 Get news by ID

I've been using comikaze on my site as a comic manager
and a news manager. The only problem is, there's
limited support of news.

I'd like to see functions for getting a news post by id
and also getting first, latest, back, and next IDs. If
I code something before you do, I'll send it in.

Also, It would be nice to have variables for news so
that I don't need to use the news_print.tpl file.
