ComicViewer.NET / News: Recent posts

This is the first release of the ComicViewer.NET project.

It offers the following functionality:

- Calendar control for easy date selection;
- Thread based; so the application doesn't hang when loading comics from the Internet;
- Cache function; it caches already downloaded comics to a folder on disk, so the next time the image is loaded, it will be read from disk;
- A configuration setting allows for a maximum cache folder size;
- ComicViewer.NET supports proxy servers, even with authentication;
- ComicViewer.NET is also plugin based. This allows other developers to create comic plugins for the application, that will be dynamically loaded;
