#4 bugfix toolbar on 0.8 windowsXP

commented out the toolBarNav->Realize(); in the
OnPageShown() function.

Symptoms
After open cbz file, the toolbar is shown on the top
left hand corner instead of the bottom center. Before
open file, the toolbar is in the correct position.

Windows XP
Comical 0.8

Fix, as mentioned above. Realize should only be called
once.
