#11 can't not open zip archive with Unicode filename?

I used comical to open a zipfile with a Chinese
filename,it said can't open it. As I rename the
zipfile to a ordinary English name, comical successfully
loaded it without trouble.
By the way,Rar archive does not have this problem.

Confirmed with Comical 0.8 on WinXP SP2.

Comical returns error "Could not open the file".
