New package 1.3 (SVN r264, 24.2.2017) has been uploaded, with a significant
improvement of the CAN interface implementation and improved documentation.

CAN interface

A new implementation of the thread-safe dispatcher queue no longer makes
restrictions on the priority relation of the communicating threads. This
makes the CAN interface engine suitable e.g. for integration in multi-core
environments.

A new sample integration demonstrates another, more conventional software
architecture of the CAN interface.

DBC code generator

A minor change of the data model required the change of the revision number
from 1.8 to 1.9. See
