Read Me
To compile the project: 1. clone the git repository to your computer 2. open the build.properties 3. set the following two variables: classpath.local.location=TheFolderThatContainsThisSourceCode/lib cytoscape.plugins.path=YourCytoscapeFolder/plugins/ 3. run build.xml as ant script to compile the plugin
