This will probably never happen, except maybe in a limited form, because the work might be to build class rules is fairly big. I would more likely consider adding some NPC levels to the advancer, because that's a more limited set.

Is there a quick how-to on using variables within the description? As an example, when I advance a monster and change its Con score, the DC on its poison doesn't automagically change.
