#27 hub4com doesn´t work windows 10

hi, I am using this utilities.
When I run 'hub4com.exe', no script is generated, and the 'cmd' window ends.
It's my first time experiencing this phenomenon, so I can't solve it.
If you know the solution to this problem, please help.
