#17 com0com under WindowsXP (no data flow)

Hello,
my problem is: after install on computer with Windows XP and connect to created port pair, data not flow between them. Program install and drivers install goes ok i fink so. In system hardware manager i see this pair. I may connecth with them. But this all, when i send something is not reach second port. It's posible that the Windows XP has something not installed needed for com0com? What that mey be? Becouse many times before i install com0com on other computers with Windows XP and i not has problem with this.
