Help would be appreciated!

I have 32bit Vista and however I run hub4com - parameters or no parameters results in the following message

"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail."

From google this seems to be something about dependancies and I have installed vcredist_x86.exe as suggested by one forum - but to no effect.
