I came across the com0com package while looking for a solution to my 'problem', and am wondering if what I'd like to achieve is possible with it. I have a device (Kramer video switch) connected by serial port to computer A. Now what I'd like to achieve is to get the same serial port data that computer A is sending to the switch, available to computer B, which would (preferably) be on a network. If possible, I'd also like to receive the replies of the device to that computer B.
A simple 'possible' or 'not possible' will be enough for now, while a thorough step-by-step guide would be even more appreciated :)
