Use com0com+hub4com for set RTS line

I have device not compatible with standart software. I's will be compatible if set RTS to ON and set DTS to OFF.
It's work if use com0com+hub4com, but have some trouble. I install one virtual pair. One end to soft, second to hub4com. hub4com use inside "serial driver" work as hub between real and vittual port.
Troubles
1) Not power off device then soft close port. RTS is ON signal.
2) Soft reprogram device in other baudrate. Its not work, then hub4com open real port in fix baudrate. Set -emuBR in com2com not take effect.

Use

com0com's option rts=open
hub4com's pinmap filter (see hub4com -help=pinmap) and (optionally) escparse filter (hub4com -help=escparse)

2) Soft reprogram device in other baudrate. Its not work, then hub4com open real port in fix baudrate

Set required baudrate (see hub4com -help=serial)

or

Use

hub4com's escparse filter (hub4com -help=escparse) and linectl filter (hub4com -help=linectl)
