I ran in to problem that 2 ports where left in use.
Uninstalling + rebooting + re-installing did NOT solve the problem.
Finally I solved it by deleting the registry key: "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\COM Name Arbiter"
Observations:
1) uninstalling (with setupc -silent uninstall) does NOT remove/clear this ComDB
2) The ports probably got stuck in use, due to not using "EmuBR=yes", and the using application, (not handling this correctly') where forced to terminate.
