#5 Update of the Manual Installation Document on the website

Lot's of people have problems uploading new
components because of ISP restrictions. They'll need to
manually install Components. Recieve a lot of questions
about it. Have written a document, but it is not
complete yet. Forum posts have more information on
what is still lacking.
