Enable Admin to give users a special rank;
extremely wanted by gamer sites for example to classify
users to a 'clan';
(maybe something for Mike ;-)

Also think of assigning a special rank-image to this rank.
Practically this would mean that the Admin can upload
an image specifically for this rank..

Needs database change. #__sb_users needs an extra
column.
