#207 Latest recruit hides stack count

At the moment the interface is annoying in that the latest recruit covers up the Legion's Stack Count. If the Stack Count was moved more into the corner of the Legion Stack marker, and the Recruit chit was put higher in the hex (instead of in the middle), then the Stack Count should still be visible.
