#1 Option menu is grayed

When starting a game, option menu is not grayed. When
clicking on it, it becomes gray (NOK) and it is
disabled (OK).

At the end of the game, option menu is grayed. When
clicking on it, it becomes not gray (NOK) and it is
enabled (OK)

It should be during game : gray & disabled.
After & before: not gray and enabled.
