#7 Remove hardcoded yields

Remove the need to hardcode all yields in the DLL.

The current plan (subject to change) is as follows:

• Generate the YieldGroups on the fly by analyzing XML.
• Resort the yield enum to put virtual yields first.
• Remove hardcoded references to anything below YIELD_FOOD.
