#617 AttributeError: toPortalTime

There is still a call to toPortalTime in PloneCollectorNG 1.2.10b1 in
skins/pcng_templates/portlet_news.pt on line 37

this causes an error in the normal operation of a plone 2.5 site (the news portlet stops working) as soon as a pcng tracker has been instantiated.

please change that call also to the non deprecated toLocalizedTime()
