#13 Error in installing DiscussionTool

When trying to install Discussion Tool from 1.0, as per
instructions in the Install file (external method: id
install_forum_discussions, module CMFForum.Install,
function install_discussions), I got the following Zope
error: Type AttributeError, Value manage_addTool.
