#19 Coherency Test fails on conforming dae files

This happens on the os x version of the coherency test, coherencytest_mac_x86.bin
When the attached dae file is run on the coherency test, the test complains that the <instance_geometry> element does not have a <bind_material> child element. According to the 1.4 spec, the <instance_geometry> element can have 0 <bind_material> child elements. This bug does not happen on the pc version of the coherency checker.
