#57 Colorset does not export properly in 2.1

See Attached File: broken_colorset_example.zip AND
specifically pPlaneShape3 within the Maya and COLLADA
files.

The correct colorset is not exported properly with
MayaCollada 2.1. Please see files:
"broken_colorset.dae & ma" and "working_colorset.dae &
ma". Though if the "history" (not sure if correct
term) is removed from a shape the correct colorset will
export properly -- that is how the "working_colorset"
is created (see broken_colorset_hypergraph.GIF verses
working_colorset_hypergraph.GIF).
