#7 rerun of last successful submission

In the case that input data has to be changed during
the run-time of the contest[1], the administrator
should be able to rerun the last successful submission
of each team the reorder the ranking according to the
new data set. Actually the order should stay the same,
just the variation is higher.

[1] in the case when the time improvements are
unexpected good and not enough variation is in the results
