#10 configurable test run wrapper

A wrapper which is called by the backend to determine
the measuring values. This wrapper can be implemented
individually for each test and can also run the tests
of a submission several times and produce the final
result value from the average of the measured results.

allow to simply configure the properties which should be
measured.
