[coLinux-users] Service starts but stops immediatly....?!?

Hi,

I just installed Colinux 0.6.4 and everything is fine with the gentoo.
But when I installed the service as per the readme.txt, and try to start it 
with net start "Cooperative Linux" in the command prompt, it says it starts 
but then the service stops right away and in the MS events, i see this:
