Not yet sure if i understand your setup.

1. You have a real ethernet card from windows bridged with winpcap to eth1 in colinux. You use that for internet connection from colinux.
2. You have a tap adapter in windows connected to eth0 in colinux and use that for connection to colinux.

If that is right, which connection gets lost?
