When using PCAP (bridged), my ping to the router is greater than 15ms. However, when using Tap, my ping to the same router is 0.38ms; much faster. Since I run colinux under Win2000, it can't be part of my PCs network if I use Tap(Win2000 does not support Native Bridge between 2 connections). Now, I kind don't know what to do since I'm planning to use colinux to run network services. Which programm do you need? Depending on your programm port forwarding with slirp maybe an option. |
