This is another message warning you against that. You may possibly be able to get concurrent read access to the drive but writing to the drive will corrupt your file system. There would certainlybe weird results reading the drive over time when the partition is updated for the drive from Windows. Also consider that ntfs support in Linux is and probably always will be expermental code.
