ok i screwed up
i was running my 0.5.3 install by mistake

0.5.4 has been ok so far

Does the daemon print anything like 'co_daemon_idle: Time going backwards?'?

If something prevents timer interrupts from being emitted by the daemon,
it could still have something to do with floating point register
preservation.

Can you send me your /proc/cpuinfo?
