[coLinux-devel] Cannot start colinux-daemon.exe

I'm using Windows XP Pro with all the latest patches.
Latest binary colinux release and the colinux-daemon patch.
I have installed the TAP-Win32 driver

Starting colinux-daemon.exe from c:\colinux I get the following

C:\colinux>colinux-daemon.exe
Cooperative Linux daemon
Error opening TAP-Win32

C:\colinux>

Does anyone know what I might be forgetting ?
