Hi, have been through the many scraps of info on getting networking to work, but can't find anything that I can cannibalise for my setup. Am trying coLinux with the Woody image. My setup is: - Compaq Presario R3000 laptop running Win XP Home - USB 802.11b wireless card - Linksys WAG54G wireless router / ADSL gateway - Static IPs based on 192.168.1.x (Linksys gateway is 192.168.1.1, the Win XP IP is .103) Woody boots and runs fine from the colinux shell -- but I've tried many combinations of setting up ICS / the TAP driver / Bridges / IP settings but to no avail. If anyone has a similar hardware setup to me and would be kind enough to post what steps they took to get networking up, I would be most grateful! Many thanks Kirk. |
